Here is what you will receive and what is required for your submission:

• Jen provides a track changes edit plus a written report covering the manuscript’s strengths and weaknesses and making suggestions for improvements.
• Assessments will be delivered via email within four weeks of Jen receiving your manuscript.
• You have up to three months to use this assessment booking.
• Please ensure you have a personal reminder set.
• Manuscript word count, 600 words maximum. Please note, the word count does not include illustration notes (but Jen is happy for you to include those—if clearly marked).
• All manuscripts must be Word documents only (Word - docx/doc), this allows Jen to provide the track changes edit.
• Please ensure your story is paginated i.e. broken down into pages.
